We drove to the location. There was a sign stating: download the app get a free sandwich. Downloaded the app, went inside and was told that it was an old sign. New incentive was 350 points. We ordered anyway & used the points for a small peach cobbler. The ribs were great! The peach cobbler SUCKED!! Too much thickener added which made us throw it away. Later, got a text asking to give a rating. Put all of this in the rating. Got a text back with a "we'll pass this management". No follow-up.

This app is quite glitchy, minimizing the app and reopening results in screen flickering and a crash. When using Google pay its a 50/50 shot that gpay will actually get invoked. it doesn't remember your cart if you open and close the app.

app is easy to use, but I'm not a fan of the requirement to use reward points for specific menu items.
